I was very surprised at the fantastic service I received from this online store. After placing the order I made two separate queries regarding delivery. The phone was answered promptly on both occasions and people I spoke to were really helpful - explaining the process and said I should ring back if I needed more help. The communication re the delivery was fantastic. I received a two hour time slot for the delivery the next day. The quarry tiles were a good quality. I would definitely use this company again.
