Used to reduce the porosity of plaster and fibre cement boards, BAL's Primer 1C is a rapid-drying red primer used to stabilise backgrounds prior to applying BAL's Waterproof 1C waterproof coating. It dries within 30 minutes for faster projection completion.

In temperatures above 5°C, apply 1 - 2 coats of BAL PRIMER 1C with a brush, roller or sponge, diluted or undiluted as appropriate. Ensure to achieve an even coverage and allow to dry thoroughly for 15-30 minutes before applying adhesive.
